A few things to consider. . .

Having requirements of you, as the client,  sounds a little silly doesn't it?  We agree! To a point of course.  In order to maintain the safety of both ourselves and those little ones (or not so little ones!) that you place in our charge, There are a few simple things that we would like to say/ask in return for the opportunity to serve you.

1.  If your dog has bitten or has intentionally (meaning not under provocation or duress/fear) harmed another person/animal, we cannot provide care for them.

2.  If you're looking for someone to take your dog for the entire day, there are many places out there that will provide  you with this service and we are more then happy to refer you to them.

3. If you allow your dog or cat to go outside unattended for extended hours of the day, please understand that this is not something we feel comfortable (nor does our insurance company!) with doing as they are our responsibility.  Any dog or cat that we care for will need to be allowed within the house and to stay within the house while there is no supervision since we will not be there 24/7.

4.  If your pet requires 24/7 medical care, we would not be able to provide this service to you.  We DO however, administer medications upon request.  Should they be needed at exact times, we will stick to those as staunchly as possible.

5.  Please understand that our sitters have a specific service area that they cover in order to be able to get to any client at any given time should an emergency arise where they are needed.  If you are not within this service area we are more then happy to refer you to another company.

6.  We do not walk multiple dogs from multiple homes at the same time.  If there are multiple dogs in the same household then that is wonderful!  We unfortunately do not run a social group or doggy play/socialization session (as much as we'd love to!) due to safety, insurance and liability issues that can crop up.

There are companies out there that specialize in this type of walking and have the proper coverage through their insurance to do so.

And most importantly; Thank you for the opportunity to serve you and your best friend!
